Positioning systems

The use of optical signals enables mechanical positioning and travel systems to achieve greater accuracy in the nm range.Dielectric bandpass filters, AR coated windows, and metallic filters for signal attenuation, when adapted to the respective optical spectrum, enable precise signal processing.This limits the spectral band of the sensor and receiver unit to the necessary bandwidth. Control information can also be projected onto elements for contactless and wear-free signal transmittance.
